A look inside the app

How Pairo works
Choose who you are with: your partner, a group of friends, your family, or just yourself.
Pick a deck that fits the mood, from light and silly to the conversations you keep putting off.
Swipe. One card, one question, one of you asks. Every so often an action card sets a timer and gives you something to do instead.
The decks, with sample questions
Every deck is a hundred original questions, and the first cards in each one are free. These are real cards from the app.

Quiz here, conversation there
The quizzes on this site are a guessing game: one of you answers, the other guesses, and you see the score. They are good at showing you where you do not know each other. Pairo is for what comes next. It does not keep score and there are no right answers, only questions you take turns asking out loud. Couples use it as a date night card game, friends use it as a party icebreaker, and families use it at the dinner table to get past “how was your day”.
If you came here looking for questions to ask your partner, deep conversation starters, or a couples card game you can play on one phone, the app is the longer version of what you just played. Try a quiz first if you like: How well do you know me?, Deep questions or Date night.
